The training session will provide a unique opportunity to develop your Core, Muscular Tone and Cardio Fitness. We make use of your own body weight to provide a safe and balanced challenging form of training.

Who is the session aimed at?
The present participants range from age 25 to 70, the unique individualised coaching approach allows Steve to expertly feedback and direct each participant.
What should I wear?
Gym wear that is comfortable, supportive sports shoes, water and a small towel.
How long will session last?
The session is 50 minutes duration
Group Training has been specifically devised to provide fitness, mobility and wellness development. The session will be delivered in 4/5 weeks blocks followed by a 7 or 10 day break.
The break is deliberately in place to allow partikcipants to rest, recover and implement the new behaviours. Additionally this will promote the capacity to accelerate personal performance.

Can I just drop in for the ocassional, random session?
No – The Group Training methodology is one that advocates personalised coaching and feedback. M y view is that to ensure professional delivery and to enhance participants experience it will take me several sessions to evaluate and guide participants effectively.
