Track and trace app

All members, customers, visitors must sign in to the Centre using the unique QR code placed in the reception window. You can Also check in advance on the track and trace menu on this site. One for the Health and Fitness Centre and one for the Dean trust Ardwick pavilion. Please be vigilant on which QR code used.

Reception area

  • Entrance doors will be wedged open to minimize physical contact.
  • Door handles will be routinely cleaned down thru-out each shift.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be placed in the foyer with one also at the reception desk.
  • A cough/sneeze guard will be placed on the reception desk for staff protection.
  • Masks are to be worn at all times by customers/members in communal areas.
  • Signage is to be placed around the foyer on entrance and exit to highlight social distancing and the wearing off face coverings.
  • A temperature reading device for all people entering the area to be placed at the reception desk.
  • Hazard tape to be placed on the floor to highlight social distancing from the reception desk.
  • One-way systems will be implemented so the reception area is for access only, not exit.
  • Test and trace monitoring will be in place for everyone entering the building via data sheets at the turn style.
  • The reception desk will close one hour before close for staff to carry out cleaning duties for the following school day.

Fitness suite (AOM only)

  • Access to the fitness suite will be via a one-way system. From the reception area via the turn style so attendance can be logged. Access then via the changing rooms and into the fitness suite.
  • Exiting the fitness suite will be via the emergency exits at the side of the fitness suite. This will be monitored over CCTV.
  • Adequate signage will be in place advising people on the need to social distance while on machines.
  • Certain machines will be made unavailable to maintain social distancing.
  • All users have the responsibility of sanitizing any equipment that is used. This will be provided for you by the Centre staff and will be accessible in  designated areas. Tissue will also be made available for wiping down the machines after each use. This will be checked routinely by the Centre staff.
  • Staff will also be cleaning machines thru-out shifts which will be recorded via daily cleaning records.
  • Members/customers are not permitted to use own sweat towels.
  • Members/customers are to use lockers provided for storing belongings if required.
  • Members/customers must come already clothed for the session and leave the same way.
  • Toilets will be provided but changing and shower areas will be closed.
  • Equipment should not be passed between person to person.
  • Equipment must not be taken from one room to another.
  • Members/customers accessing the fitness suite must not access other areas for equipment i.e. studios. Staff will do this for you.
  • The fitness suite will close one hour before so staff are able to clean down areas ready for the following school day.
  • Hand sanitizer to be placed by the changing room entrance and exit point.
  • Water bottles must be filled prior to your visit. Water fountains will not be made available to you.

Studios

  • Access to studio one will be via a one-way system. Studio one will be accessed via the exit’s doors from the back of the studio one area (drop off and pick up). Studio two will be accessed via the back of the sports hall fire exit, using the P.E store room corridor. Exit will be via the studio fire exit doors and back round the outside of the sports hall. Bookings that are using both studio at the same times will be able to access studio two via the partition doors using the studio one exit doors as normal.
  • There will be a 15 minute change over between each session to allow users from previous sessions to exit.
  • Users are responsible for the cleaning of the area after use and any equipment that maybe used i.e. matts, bars, mirrors etc.
  • Staff will routinely check that cleaning is being adhered to within that change over. Your booking maybe at risk otherwise.
  • The studio will close one hour before so staff can clean ready for the following school day.
  • Sessions where children are present must be dropped off and picked up. No spectators are permitted.
  • Face coverings must be worn by parents doing drop offs and pick-ups if they are wanting to access the studios.
  • Signage for social distancing will be installed.
  • Numbers during sessions will need to be reduced to comply with the minimum 1-meter rule.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be installed in the studios for use on entry and exit at all times.
  • No sweat towels are permitted.
  • All personal belongings must be spaced out by 1 meter minimum.
  • The aerobics timetable will be suspended until further notice as these type classes can pose one of the larger risks to the spread of the virus.

Sports hall

  • Access to the sports hall will be via the turn style.
  • Exit of the sports hall will be via the exit doors and back into the foyer from the outdoor changing room side. Thus creating a one way system.
  • All bookings and guests will have to pass through the temperature monitoring point before access will be granted.
  • All guests must wear a face covering when entering the reception area.
  • Parents must drop and pick up only. No spectating will be permitted. Drop off at the sports hall entrance as normal exiting via the one way system. Pickups via the exit doors.
  • All guests will have to sanitize at the stations provided at the reception desk or using the station at the sports hall entrance.
  • No changing room facilities will be available, so all users will need to arrive and leave in the same clothes.
  • Water bottles will need to be filled from home. Water fountains will not be available in the Centre.
  • All belongings must be kept in lockers provided, or if kept in the sports hall items must be kept separate from other peoples belongings.
  • toilet facility will be provided in the sports hall area.
  • Any equipment used must be cleaned down by each booking at the end of every session.
  • Goals post will be cleaned before each booking starts by a member of staff.
  • Reception will close one hour before standard close to allow deep cleaning of all areas before the next school day.
  • Signage displaying social distancing will be installed.
  • Left items will be disposed off within 48 hours if not collected within this time.
  • Bookings will make sure that group numbers stay within the guidelines set out by their respective governing bodies’ i.e. FA, football foundation etc.
  • Lettings must make sure that all equipment they use has been collected by a member off their own staff/team.
  • Equipment storage will no longer be permitted onsite.
  • Entrance and exit of the sports hall will be monitored via CCTV for security.
  • All bookings will adopt a 15 minute change over period between bookings to stop any overlap.
  • It will be down to a designated person or referee to make sure the adequate text and trace systems have been made prior to kick off.
  • The Centre will have a test and trace system in place at the reception desk. Please ask for this on arrival. This must be returned before you leave to be recorded accordingly.
  • People must not car share unless you have an allocated a set bubble arrangement.

Climbing wall (AOM only)

  • The climbing wall area will be locked of for community use.
  • Teaching staff will need to have small groups off no more than 8 people at a time to accommodate social distancing.
  • All equipment used must be cleaned before and after use i.e. helmet, carabineers etc.
  • Due to the size and lack of ventilation. Face coverings are advised.
  • Cooling Fans in this area will not be permitted.
  • Covid signage will be installed to comply with social distancing measures.
  • Sanitizing stations will be made available via the studio entrances and must be used before and after using this area.
  • Drinks bottles will need to be filled prior to entering the sports facilities as water fountains will not be available.
  • All belongings must be kept in lockers provided or in a locked changing room, making sure all personal belongings are kept with a minimum of one meter apart. Two if possible.
  • Toilets will be made available via the outdoor changing area on your designated exit route.
  • Accessing the climbing wall will be from the outside of the sports hall area entering and exiting via the exits door at the sports hall P.E store room corridor.

3G pitch

  • Accessing the 3G pitch will be via the outside walk way to the 3G gates.
  • Players must turn up already dressed as changing facilities will not be available.
  • Water fountains will not be available so bottles will need to be filled prior to booking starting.
  • Spectating is not permitted. Drop off and pick only from the same area.
  • Access to school equipment will not be available.
  • Balls must be sanitized before and after play. This is available at the reception desk.
  • Bibs must be worn by individuals and must not be passed out and used between players.
  • Players must organize groups to be within he FA guidelines.
  • Any player entering the reception area must wear a face covering and are not permitted to access any other area of the facility.
  • Entrance and exit of this facility will be monitored by CCTV.
  • Signage advising social distancing will be in place and must be adhered to. Players failing to do this will potentially be ask to leave the area and the booking maybe at risk of being terminated.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be provided in the car park on entrance or just outside the Jackson building on entrance to the 3G area.
  • Reports of individuals soiling on the school premise in public areas will be asked to leave and the club/booking future lettings maybe removed.
  • It will be down to a designated person or referee to make sure the adequate test and trace systems have been made prior to kick off.
  • The Centre will have a text and trace system in place at the reception desk. Please ask for this on arrival. This must be returned before you leave to be recorded accordingly.
  • People must not car share unless you have an allocated bubble arrangement.

Grass pitches (AOM only)

  • Access to the grass pitches will be via the outside walk way past the 3G pitch.
  • A designated person will need to access reception to report to the reception staff only. At this point a member of staff will provide access to the goals.
  • It is the bookings responsibility to make sure all requirement, goals etc. have been sanitized before and after play.
  • It will be down to a designated person or referee to make sure the adequate text and trace systems have been made prior to kick off.
  • The Centre will have a test and trace system in place at the reception desk. Please ask for this on arrival. This must be returned before you leave to be recorded accordingly.
  • It’s the responsibility for all users to make sure the goals have been placed back in the same way they were found after each game. Also making sure they have been secured with the lock and chains that will have been provided. Failure to do this will result in future bookings being removed without refund.
  • Bookings will be responsible for the care taken in using the goals and nets. Breakages due to items being misused will be charged back to the club/booking.
  • Loss of keys, locks, chains will be charged to the club/booking. Staff will unlock for you and check they have been secured when you have finished. Please report your arrival and departure so we can make sure this is done.
  • Please report any issues on the day to the Centre staff I.e. anti social behavior, breakages, grass and line condition etc.
  • Games played are based upon a drop off and pick up scenario only. Spectating will not be permitted.
  • Toilets will be available via the outdoor changing rooms only, and can be access via the rear of the reception area.
  • Reports of individuals soiling on the school premise in public areas will be asked to leave and the club/booking future lettings maybe removed.
  • People must not car share unless you have an allocated bubble arrangement.

Tennis/netball courts

  • Access to the tennis/netball courts will be from the car park side and walk way into the facility grounds.
  • A designated person will need to report to the reception desk to notify staff of your arrival.
  • Staff will open and secure the area after use.
  • Staff will clean down all equipment before use.
  • The booking/club are responsible for sanitizing any equipment used.
  • Bibs are only to be used on an individual basis and must be worn prior to visit and departure. These items are not to be passed around to other individuals.
  • Items left will be disposed off within 48 hours.
  • Bottles will need to be filled prior to your visit. Access to water fountains and taps will not be permitted.
  • Changing facilities and showers will not be available.
  • Toilets will be available via the rear of the reception area using the outdoor change area.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available to use from the car park side, located just before you access the courts.
  • You must only bring with you what you need and leave items either in the car round the perimeter of the court area, adhering to social distancing regulations.
  • Signage will be in place to advice on social distancing.
  • People must not car share unless you have an allocated bubble arrangement.

Car park.

  • The car park will have hand wash areas and sanitizing stations on entrance and exit of the facility.
  • Car park spaces will be reduced to adhere to social distancing.
  • Adequate signage will be in place advising on social distancing.
  • People must not car share unless you have an allocated bubble arrangement.
  • People must not congregate in this area.

Sauna (AOM only)

  • The sauna will be closed for the foreseeable future, due to the nature of this area. It will be impossible to apply any social distancing making this area in particular very high risk.
  • The area will still be cleaned and sanitized as part of the center cleaning schedule in the event the facility can open in the future.
  • The sauna will still be maintained and checked regularly for health and safety purposes.

Payments/bloc bookings/invoicing.

  • All lettings must now pre-book all sessions for the week/month/term.
  • All lettings will need to be either pre-paid week/month/term.
  • Payments are to made to the Centre manager/reception staff via card only.
  • The center will operate ZERO Cash. 
  • Pay on the day payments are permitted but must be made at the start of the session by contactless/card payments only.
  • No refunds will be given for failure to show for a pre-booked session.
  • Pre payments will be worked out at the standard hire rates which will be discussed at the time of the user agreement being signed.
  • Non-payments equals no play.
  • You will only be liable for payments for actual sessions used. You will not be required to pay for sessions that have been cancelled by school, severe weather, limited or no access. unusable surfaces, exam setups or if there is a health and safety concern.
  • You will however be liable for bookings that fall into half term times, unless you have pre-arranged in the user agreement that you do not require the sessions during these periods.

TRACK AND TRACE

  • Unique QR codes in place for all community users to check-in using the NHS track and trace APP
  • These codes will be placed at all entry and exit points as outlined in the covid-19 operating plan.
  • The website will also be updated with the QR code for advance check-in.
  • All lettings must make sure that all users must check-in before the session begins.
  • The QR code will also be emailed out with the centers risk assessment, user agreement and operating plan.
  • Links to the download sites for all device platforms has been located on the website.
  • Social media platforms will be updated with these links and links to the website for advance check-in.

For users that don’t have access to this technology or if devices are pre-2015, a hard copy sign in sheet will be made available at the reception desk and provided to each booking on arrival.
