All members, customers, visitors must sign in to the Centre using the unique QR code placed in the reception window. You can Also check in advance on the track and trace menu on this site. One for the Health and Fitness Centre and one for the Dean trust Ardwick pavilion. Please be vigilant on which QR code used.

Pavilion building

  1. Access to the pavilion will be from the car park as park as normal
  2. Everyone accessing this year must first sign the test and trace register
  3. Sanitizer stations will be installed around the pavilion and must be used on entry to the pavilion.
  4. There will be no congregating around the pavilion area.
  5. Changing facilities will not be available for use.
  6. Toilets will be available and will be cleaned by pavilion staff every shift before close and during opening hours.
  7. Face coverings will be required when accessing the pavilion reception area.
  8. Canteen facilities for filling water bottles will not be available.
  9. Storage of equipment will not be permitted.
  10. spectating inside the pavilion will not be permitted.
  11. Doors will be propped open to minimise contact with door handles etc.
  12. Pavilion staff will clean down all areas in the pavilion before close ready for the following school day.
  13. Signage will be in place advertising the social distancing measures in place.
  14. All users will have their temperature checked using the wall mounted or hand held units before use of the facilities. Any users that are reporting a high temperature will not be granted access.

Sports hall.

  1. Access to the sports hall will be via the sports hall exit doors from the outside of the building (car park side)
  2. Exiting the sports hall will be from the exit door adjacent to the exit to the over flow car park creating a one way system.
  3. Toilets can be accessed via the pavilion building. Toilets in the school area will not be available.
  4. Customers/players/teams will have to arrive dressed ready and leave the same way. Changing facilities will not be available neither will shower amenities.
  5. Water bottles will need to be filled ready as a water source will not be available to you on the day.
  6. Payments for pay and play will need to be done at the pavilion building via card only before play can commence.
  7. Pre-booked and pre- paid bookings will still need to fill out the test and trace forms that will be available to you once inside the sports hall. There will be a clip board with a sign in sheet in the hall of which a club representative will need to get signed by all who are attending the sessions i.e. players, referees, parents etc.
  8. All equipment must be sanitised before, in-between and at the end of each session.
  9. Any of the School equipment used will also need to be treated the same way. Materials will be provided to you from the pavilion building.
  10. Parents are not permitted to spectate and must drop off and pick up only. Parents can wait in their own cars if necessary until the session has finished.
  11. Parents accessing the hall on pick up and drop offs must wear face coverings.
  12. People must not car share when visiting the school unless they are in their own arranged bubble.
  13. Customers/visitors must not access the school unless they have been given consent by centre staff. If accessing the school areas I.e. corridors, class rooms.  Sanitising and face coverings must be worn at all times.
  14. Each bloc booking must provide a risk assessment for their session at the time of booking before any sessions can take place.
  15. Signage will be in place advertising the social distancing measures in place.

3G pitch.

  1. Access to the 3G pitch will be available directly from the car park. There will be no need to access the pavilion building unless it’s to use the toilet or make a pre-arranged payment to centre staff.
  2. Changing room facilities will not be available.
  3. Kitchen facilities will not be available.
  4. Water facilities for filling up bottles or washing kit will not be available.
  5. Storage for equipment will no longer be available.
  6. Use of school equipment i.e. balls; pumps etc will not be available.
  7. Spectating will not be permitted.
  8. All sessions are drop off and pick only. Parents may wait in their own cars in the car park if necessary.
  9. When entering the pavilion building face coverings must be warn and hand sanitized on entry.
  10. Access will only be provided from the front of the pavilion, exit will be from the changing room corridors creating a one way system.
  11. Personal belongings must stored on the pitch keeping reasonable distance from other peoples belongings. Ideally a minimum of one meter.
  12. Only bring with you what you need.
  13. Bibs must not be swapped with each other and must be washed after each use.
  14. All players/visitors will need to sign the test and trace sheets that will be handed to each team/booking for completion. This is to be handed back to centre staff on completion for safe keeping and recording.
  15. Any visitors caught soiling any area around the school grounds will be asked to leave and the booking will be at risk of termination.
  16. It is the clubs/booking responsibility to sanitise any equipment used i.e. goals, balls etc. this will be available at the pavilion reception.
  17. People must not car share unless they are within their own arranged bubble.
  18. All clubs/players must allow time at the end of each session to allow the next booking to enter without overlap.
  19. No booking will be permitted to start earlier or finish later than the time that has been allocated to them.
  20. Each bloc booking must provide a risk assessment for their session at the time of booking before any sessions can take place.
  21. Signage will be in place advertising the social distancing measures.

Assembly hall.

  1. Access to the assembly hall will be via the canteen area as normal.
  2. All visitors must wear face coverings when congregating in communal area. Especially when in larger groups.
  3. Hand sanitising must be done when entering and exiting the hall. Units provided just outside the hall entrance doors.
  4. Exit doors will be left open to provide better air circulation during sessions.
  5. Entrance and exit will be via the same points so visitors must be mindful of the continued social distancing measures.
  6. Signage will be in place advertising the social distancing measures in place.
  7. Use of school equipment i.e. lighting, sound etc must be cleaned before and after use. , materials will be provided at the pavilion.
  8. Storage at the school will no longer be permitted. All equipment must be brought and take away after each session.
  9. Use of the canteen kitchen is no longer permitted.
  10. Surfaces must be cleaned after use.
  11. Doors will still need to remain on the magnetic locks for security; however doors and handles will be wiped down during each shift and before close ready for the next school day.
  12. Toilet facilities will be made available on the day on the guidelines that these areas will be left clean and tidy and all users must wash hands before and after use.
  13. People arriving must not car share unless they are already in their own arranged bubble.
  14. We will be operating a test and trace system that will be left for each booking that will be using this area. It will be left for you in the canteen area and all guests must sign this register. It will need to be returned to the centre staff when leaving the site.

Class rooms.

  1. Access to class rooms will be via the canteen area as before.
  2. All users must make sure they only bring what they need to the session.
  3. Hand sanitizing must be done on entry and exit of the class room using the station provided in the canteen area.
  4. Face coverings must be worn in communal areas.
  5. Use of school equipment will be limited to interactive screens only. And must be cleaned after each use.
  6. Social distancing must also be applied with one person per table and limited numbers.
  7. Access to toilets will be provided via the sports hall area as before. Face coverings will need to be worn. Hand washing before and after is also advised.
  8. Changing facilities will not be available.
  9. Water facilities will not be available.
  10. Nothing should be left in the class rooms. Belongings will be disposed off accordingly.
  11. We will be operating a test and trace system that will be left for each booking that will be using this area. It will be left for you in the canteen area and all guests must sign this register. It will need to be returned to the centre staff when leaving the site.

Canteen area.

  1. This area is permitted for use on the basis it will be thoroughly cleaned after use.
  2. School cups, cutlery etc are not permitted. Only the work tops sink etc.
  3. Users must dispose of food items and packaging after each session (large bins at the rear of the sports hall can be used) .Bin bags can be provided if necessary.
  4. Hot water dispenser will no longer be available to use. Bookings will need to provide their own appliances.
  5. All surfaces i.e. work tops, benches, chairs etc will need to be cleaned after use and will be monitored by the pavilion staff.
  6. We will be operating a test and trace system that will be left for each booking that will be using this area. It will be left for you in the canteen area and all guests must sign this register. It will need to be returned to the centre staff when leaving the site.

Payments/bloc bookings/invoicing.

  1. All lettings must now pre-book all sessions for the week/month/term.
  2. All lettings will need to be either pre-paid week/month/term.
  3. Payments are to made to the Centre manager/reception staff via card only.
  4. The center will operate ZERO Cash. 
  5. Pay on the day payments are permitted but must be made at the start of the session by contactless/card payments only.
  6. No refunds will be given for failure to show for a pre-booked session.
  7. Pre payments will be worked out at the standard hire rates which will be discussed at the time of the user agreement being signed.
  8. Non-payments equal no play.
  9. You will only be liable for payments for actual sessions used. You will not be required to pay for sessions that have been cancelled by school, severe weather, limited or no access. Unusable surfaces, exam setups or if there is a health and safety concern.
  10. You will however be liable for bookings that fall into half term times, unless you have pre-arranged in the user agreement that you do not require the sessions during these periods.
